About Us

Wikithon is a student-led organization dedicated to closing knowledge gaps on Wikipedia — especially for topics about women and historically underrepresented people and groups. We bring together students to edit exisiting pages that lack information, or add new ones. We believe that the world’s largest encyclopedia should reflect the full depth and diversity of human history, culture, and achievement.
